Professional Blogging Can Be Easier Than You Think.Dec 16, 2011
www.podcastinterviews.com During Yaro Starak's early twenties (before he became a professional blogger), Yaro had a few part time jobs and experimented with different web projects. His most successful at this time was his Magic: The Gathering card game website, which he grew to the largest site of its kind in Australia and then later sold for $13000, the first big website deal he made. Yaro also started my proofreading business BetterEdit.com in my early twenties, which he would invest serious time into growing, including trips to university campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hawaii, Vancouver and Toronto to promote using posters. From 20 to 25 years old Yaro spent a lot of time playing with different projects and gained a lot of experience. He also began my study of Internet marketing during this time, and delved into more philosophical and spiritual studies too, as a means to figure out why the world is the way it is and what he could do to be happier in it. Yaro Starak shares some amazing insights into the world of professional blogger... watch along and you might just discover your true passion: www.podcastinterviews.com

How To Become A Professional Blogger.Jan 04, 2012
www.podcastinterviews.com Back in 2004 when Yaro Starak started blogging there really wasnt anything such as a professional blogger. Those who were making money as a blogger werent talking about it yet. Over the next two years the idea of blogging for money, possibly even as a career, became a reality. Blog networks started up paying bloggers a salary, thanks to programs like Google Adsense generating income became easier for the average Internet user, and eventually blogging went mainstream. Today thousands of bloggers make money and while the number of those who do it as their main job is small in comparison to the number of blogs in existence, for those who realize the lifestyle of a professional blogger, life is good. Yaro Starak never intended to make money as a blogger when he started. It was an experiment aimed solely at gaining more traffic from search engines. Little did he know that my blog would eventually become his business and just a few short years later he'd sell off all my other businesses just to pursue professional blogging. Today Yaro Starak's blog has helped him pay for my house, his car, an 8 month trip around the world and he's just purchased a plush two bedroom apartment. That's not to mention the thousands of people he's help start their own blogging... if you dream of one day becoming a blogger watch and learn from a true gem in the industry. www.podcastinterviews.com

Chris Schaeffer - Professional Blogger & Social Media MarketingApr 19, 2011
Hi. My name is Chris Schaeffer and I am a professional blogger first and a social media marketer second. The order is important, but more on that later. I'm sitting here at my blogging headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas recording this video because I want to explain who I am and what I do. You may not know what "social media marketer" means, but I'm sure you've heard of the tools of the trade like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube... So basically, businesses hire me to manage their social accounts on these popular websites so that they can attract and interact with their customers. That's basically what I do. Now back to the reason I say I am a professional blogger first and a social media marketer second. The most important part of my job is writing interesting blog posts about your product and industry. You must have something interesting to say on your blog and social accounts. People don't want to read a sales pitch, they want something of value. The most important aspect to being successful on social sites like Twitter and Facebook is in the content you provide your readers and visitors. So as a Social Media Marketer I distribute that content using those social platforms. I then constantly monitor and respond to people discussing your product or service online. This is called Online Reputation Management. Online Reputation Management is the consistent monitoring of a business's reputation made up by what people are posting. In short, when someone posts a video or blogs about ...
